Gateway liveness

/actuator/health

Returns gateway liveness. Anonymous — safe to point liveness probes and uptime monitors at. The rich gateway status (providers, routes, license, warnings) is served from /actuator/gateway-status and requires Authorization: Bearer $DVARA_ACTUATOR_API_KEY — that surface is for operator tooling, not client SDKs, and is not part of the public Data Plane spec.
