Retrieve file content

/v1/files/:file_id/content

Download raw input, output, or error-file content only when a batch tracked for this workspace references the file ID. A missing file and a file owned by another workspace both return 404. Downloading content does not poll or settle the batch.

A key is required. Missing, invalid, revoked, or expired keys are refused.

The key is valid but does not carry batches:write (api_key_scope).

No batch in this workspace references the file ID.

Every configured provider on the route (and every fallback) has failed.
